Another first for Churchill Partners was to hold our 11th Annual Quiz in a BREWERY!
After starting our quizzes off at the Oxford City Football Club and then moving it to the Kidlington Football club, the time had come to ring the changes. A brewery is always a hit and with over 100 people in attendance, it turned out to definitely be the right decision to make!
A huge thank you to Loose Cannon Brewery for hosting for us and for their care and professionalism throughout, and of course to everyone who came along to support and have fun. Churchill Partners raised an staggering £1,384.55 from the entrance fee, raffle, cake sales and thanks to the generosity of Miele Co Ltd, we raised another £90
in the auctioning of a vacuum cleaner. The homemade cake stall was a huge hit.
Thank you to all our volunteer bakers. An extra big thank you to Yu Li from www.cloud-cake.com who not only donated her delicious cakes but also helped us out on the night with the cake stall.
