Ford End Water Mill

This walk will look at the Water Mill, where we will be welcomed by the miller, Chris Tugby, then finish at the Pitstone Windmill, or look at the wild flowers in the nearby quarry. Jean de Selincourt has kindly offered to let us picnic for lunch in her garden, and we shall walk across the fields from her house to Pitstone Mill.
Start from The Moor car park (car sharing organised). Bring a picnic lunch and drinks. If anyone wishes to go direct to the Water Mill, we aim to be there by 11 o'clock. The Mill is at grid ref. SP941166.
There is a charge of £2 per person for the Ford End mill, plus a small charge (£1.20) for non-National Trust members at the Pitstone mill.
