Castle Hedingham Parish Council meets monthly; meetings normally take place on the 2nd Monday of every month except December, starting at 7.30pm at Castle Hedingham Club in Church Lane. The agenda for each meeting is published at least 3 working days in advance of each meeting on this website, and on the Parish Council noticeboard which is situated near the Village Park behind Castle Hedingham Club at Church Lane . Everyone is welcome to attend Parish Council meetings. A public forum takes place at the beginning of each meeting, lasting a total of 15 minutes with a maximum of 3 minutes allocated to each public contribution. The procedure for public participation is set out in Standing Orders 3(d) to 3(k)
