Camberley and District Horticultural Society

Brook Road allotments is a medium size site off the Frimley Road in Camberley. It has 36 plots of varying sizes, ranging from 64 sq M up to 250 sq M. The site is managed by a site committee of four people including the site rep, who reports back to CDHS and sits on the CDHS Executive Committee. The committee members and site rep are all volunteers.

We are a friendly group of gardeners, always happy to share advice and tips. We welcome applications for plots from new tenants, though we do have a waiting list and a relatively slow turnover of plots, so we can't say how long an applicant might have to wait to get a plot.

The site is securely padlocked at all times. If you become a tenant you get a gate key for a refundable key deposit of £10.

We have 4 water standpipes situated around the site. The committee sets a water rate charge annually based on the previous years usage to cover our water costs.

We have a small parking area for up to 3 or 4 cars inside the gate, otherwise parking is on the road outside the gate, which does get busy at weekends and evenings.

We do not have an on-site toilet.
