Remembrance Sunday Service

The Service starts at 10:45am after the bell having been rung half muffled in honor of those who died from our parish. The service starts with the choir and uniformed groups processing into chancel followed by a welcome and prayers. We will then listen to the national service at the cenotaph as 11am approaches. After the 2 minutes silence and the 'Last Post' the service continues with laying of wreaths at the war memorial, hymns, prayers and a talk. At the end of the service we will go outside to the WW1 Roll of Honour memorial and the WW1Tommy to sing the national anthem. Teas and coffee will be served after. All welcome to join in this parish WW1importent event.
