Free outdoor gym sessions with a Qualified Instructor
In support of Livewell's Get You Outdoors campaign, Braintree District Council has organised FREE outdoor gym sessions with a qualified fitness instructor throughout August The sessions, which will make use of the free outdoor gyms at Meadowside Park in Coldnailhurst Avenue, will take place from 10am to 11am on Wednesdays 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th August.
Spaces are limited, so to book a space on the outdoor gym session please email active.braintree@braintree.gov.uk
Dementia Community Roadshow 23rd August
The Alzheimer's Society are hosting a roadshow in George Yard, Braintree, between 10am and 4pm on Tuesday 23rd August to provide information about dementia and support available.

Information day Tuesday 16th August 10am to 1pm at the Archer Community Centre, East Street, Braintree.
Drop in coffee mornings every Tuesday from 10am to 12 noon.
