The right advice, at the right time, in the right place.
Do you need help but don't know where to find the right advice?
Unfortunately, funding for the Bromley Advice and Information Network (BAIN) concluded on 30th September 2015 and we no longer have any specialist caseworkers.
However we decided to maintain this website as it contains much useful information, including the online self-help resources and links to organisations, in a central place for Bromley residents. If you have been unable to find the help you need under the self referral section, then we suggest you contact:-
- Your Local Councillor
- Bromley Council
- Anyone aged 50+ should contact Age Uk Bromley and Greenwich
- Anyone aged under 50 should contact Citizens Advice Bromley
Age UK Bromley & Greenwich also now offer a Form Completion Service working with trained volunteers to help complete various Welfare Benefit forms.
If you require help with completion of one of these forms, or would like any other advice that isn't answered by our self-help resources, please follow the 'Request Advice' link below.
Step 1 - take a look at a range of online sources of information - you might find the answer to your issue.
Step 2 - if you still need some help - request information and assistance.
