Summary/Overview:

This report details findings from a study which aimed to find information about the ways in which older people were involved in the planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of public services throughout Scotland, and to draw lessons for the future involvement of older people in the Community Planning process.

The report is clearly presented, and written in accessible language. The key points are clear, and some practical examples are given, although the practical content is brief.
