Summary/Overview:

Groundwork UK is an organisation set up to support the Federation of Groundwork Trusts across the UK. Each Groundwork Trust is a partnership of the public, private and voluntary sectors with its own board of trustees.

The Groundwork trusts work with local communities in need, working with partners to deliver projects to help improve the quality of people’s lives.

Among other things these projects aim to create opportunities for people to learn new skills and become more active citizens, improve local environments and  create cleaner and safer neighbourhoods

The site is up to date and fulfils its purpose as an introduction to the work of Groundwork UK and the Groundwork trusts.
