The Main Hall and Community Hall can be booked online.
Click on the 'Book Now' button below to acess the online booking system, then select select 'REQUEST BOOKING' (top right).
All booking requests require users to register with the site. Once registered, you can view and manage your bookings, quickly add new bookings and view any invoices you have been issued.
Follow the prompts to complete your booking request
Please ensure you select the correct Booking Group:
Kimbolton and Stonely Resident, Out of Area or Commercial for oneoff bookings,
Commercial User Group or Local Community Group - non commercial for regular bookings.
Under Facilities select the correct hall you use: Main Hall or Community Hall.
If you are booking a public event, whatever you enter as the purpose of the booking is what will appear on the hall calander.
Once received a email will be sent to you to confirm your booking or advise of any issues with your request.
