Sweetings Property Management Limited was established in 1989 and are a family run business specialising in all forms of property management. The business is run by three brothers; David, Philip and Stephen and offer a professional yet approachable form of management with the emphasis being on customer service.
We act for a wide range of clients from private individuals to large property and investments companies.
Our advice is based upon best professional practice and we have recently been awarded ARMA-Q membership which reflects our commitment to achieving the highest standards within the property management sector. We also offer Chartered Surveying services with David being a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
We currently manage circa 50 blocks of flats ranging in size from 6 flats in a converted house to 130 flats in purpose built developments. The majority of our business is located within a 10 mile radius ensuring regular site visits to each development and regular contact with the residents and on-site contractors can be maintained.
We are appointed by Thames Eyot Flats Limited (the freeholders of Thames Eyot) to manage the communal areas of Thames Eyot, in accordance with the terms of the lease. Our services include the collection of ground rent and service charges, and to maintain the building including arranging day-to-day repairs and maintenance including employment of site staff, gardeners, window cleaners etc and to maintain records of income and expenditure.
