Reminisce Entertainments is a non profit, voluntary organisation whose objects are to plan, organise and promote local projects, schemes and social events that develop new activities, encourage participation/access, and improve the general welfare, environment and social well being of the black and minority ethnic local community, through music, education and culture.
One of our main focuses is, talent potential where we will act as a go between, to arrange training and development, encourage, promote and provide opportunities to display achievements.
On occasion, a number of fund raising social events will be organised to benefit relevant charities.
We were awarded a grant from the "Awards for All" branch of the National Lottery, which provided us with the means to establish the organisation, and produce a successful free opening fun day for the community.
With continued support from sources such as these along with public funding as well as our own organised social events we can deliver our aim of making the local community a more uplifting cohesive society and at the same time assist less fortunate groups.
