Mondays - 4.30 -5.30 pm Chair based exercise group- This popular chair based exercise class is ideal for those with walking or standing difficulties or those who fancy trying a new activity. Classes are £1.00 per person (first session is free). No booking required

 Tuesdays - 10.30 -11.30 am KEEP On MOVING (50+) -Cardiovascular exercise class to improve strength, fitness and flexibility (tea and coffee after). First session is free and after that it is £5. No booking required

Thursdays - 9.30 – 10.30 am Zumba Gold -A Latin inspired dance exercise class, which is low-intensity and perfect for the active older adult and or those who may be new or returning to exercise or recovering from an injury or illness.
