Quality Status and Finance Committee

The Quality Status and Finance Committee meets on the third Monday of the month unless otherwise advertised.

Members of the public are welcome to attend.

Aims of the Committee

1. To prepare evidence and to work on behalf of the council to achieve the award of Quality Status.

 

2. To ensure the Newsletter is included in Kirton First, the Nutshell and on the website.

 

3. To prepare an induction pack for new Councillors.

 

4. To review Standing Orders and Financial Regulations in time for the Annual Town Council Meeting.

 

5.  To authorise urgent expenditure for the Kirton Klipper up to a total of £600 on any one occasion.

 

6.  To monitor Financial procedure.

 

7.  To review correspondence.
