About us.

The toy library was founded in 1968 for children with special needs. It has since expanded to include toys for any pre-school child.

The shelves are stocked with over three hundred specially selected toys. These are chosen because they are fun to play with, but they also encourage basic skills like hand-eye co-ordination, dexterity, looking, listening and language. Many are particularly suitable for children with special needs.
