Laverstoke Park Farm
Hampshire

About us: "Laverstoke Park Farm quality meats and dairy produce from our farm. Not only can you buy our organic and naturally reared meats (everything from beef, pork, lamb and chicken to buffalo and wild boar), you can also choose from our award winning range of sausages, burgers, pies, cheeses, biltong, chocolate, fudge, ready meals, sauces and, of course, our home produced creamy buffalo mozzarella, ricotta and buffalo milk ice creams.
At Laverstoke Park Farm we employ organic and biodynamic farming methods from the turn of the century. Our animals are selected from slow growing breeds that graze in fields sown with a specially formulated mixture of 31 grasses, herbs and clovers. And because they are slow growing they produce a tastier, more succulent meat. We also believe in a ‘field to fork’ philosophy – that is meat reared on the farm, processed on the farm and packed on the farm, so it arrives on your fork free from additives, preservatives and artificial chemicals." More at http://www.laverstokepark.co.uk/.

Green awards and accreditations: The 2,500 acres of Laverstoke Park Farm and the parkland at Laverstoke are certified as biodynamic by Demeter and is classed as organic by the Soil Association.
