I suggest that you ask her to go to the KVA training site and click on the "Request Membership" link in the bar at the top.

As an admin, you will receive an email notification that she has requested to join the site. You can then go into the Members panel for the site, approve her membership and grant her admin rights on the site.

Not that I'm aware of - though if you can provide more information I may be able to track it down.

Did she click the link in the email that was sent to her to add her as a member to the site? If so, what happened?

If you'd like me to look into it further, please could you forward the invitiation email that she received to admin@e-voice.org.uk.
