I found this but cannot follow the instruction,
using admin or another ID.

Notifications

Registered users can sign up for an email notification whenever you publish an entry. To do this they click on the request email notification link in the Notifications section of the front page of the application.

Once registered, they can unsubscribe from notifications by clicking on unsubscribe in the Notifications section of the application.

The help text is wrong there I'm afraid. To subscribe to email notifications from your weblog or noticeboard a user should join your site and then they'll find that the options appear on the Email Preferences page in their account profile.

It isn't possible for a user to receive email notifications from anything on your site unless they join it first.

As a site admin, you can set the Membership Policy for your site from the admin pages. You can control whether it's Open (anyone can join), Closed (anyone can join but requires your approval), or Private (joining is by invitation only).

Thanks

I was aware of what you say.

I receive the email notification of the weblog, because I choose to receive all notifications from my site.

There is no weblog only option.
You can choose all or none.
I suppose that is what you intend, thank you.
