Due to major service failures when SWEP was operational in the winter 2014/15, a review was undertaken. This Review was produced as a discusion document, to be able to work with the authority's responsible to drive forward improvements, address the lack of coordination and awareness between those agencys who have a role in the protocol.
A subsequent very helpful meeting was arranged with the LA responsible for Gloucester City together with the CHC. This highlighted major concerns and agreed a way forward. Minutes of this meeting are available for members.
