Wednesday 5th March - Tree Planting

The Friends of Rectory Park have spent £2,000 to have semi mature trees planted in Rectory Park, replacing those that have either fallen or were felled on the grounds of safety over the last 5 years. 

We are also planting a number of whips, which are 1.5 to 2 Meters tall of Cherry, Hazel, Oak, Ash, Birch and Rowan and will be assisted by the children from Whitehouse Common and Hollyfield Primary Schools. 

If you would like to join us, we are meeting in the Children's Play Area at 10/10.30 AM, which is assessable from the Rectory Road entrance.
