Friends of the River Crane Environment

FORCE runs a series of three walks every year along the River Crane from it's source in Hillingdon to Isleworth where it enters the Thames. This first walk will start at Roxbourne Park at 10.30 at the High Worple entrance (near Rayners Lane underground), and end at Bulls Bridge, near Tesco, Hayes Road in Hounslow. However, for those that prefer to depart from Twickenham, meet in the car park at Twickenham Station at 09.30 to travel together.

We shall walk along the River Crane taking in the locale and features, with informed Trustees noting areas and sights of particular interest.  It is a great way to get out and about learning a little as you go.  We are a very sociable group and look forward to meeting you.  As we shall be walking over varied terrain and some of the ground may be muddy, please wear appropriate attire and footwear.  The offical end timing will depend on the route and how fast we walk !  Sometimes people join us just for an hour or two too.  Please book here .
