Fastminds is an adult AD(H)D support group based in Kingston Upon Thames. We provide support and advocacy on behalf of adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD and also those who suspect they may have this learning difference.

Fastminds aims to improve the quality of life of adults struggling with AD(H)D by offering support, advice and understanding. We provide help and guidance for those who believe they might have this condition and wish to obtain a medical diagnosis. We also strive to improve understanding of the challenges of AD(H)D by providing awareness of the condition to the wider community.

We meet every Thursday morning from 9.30am-12.30am and every 1st and 3rd Friday evening from 7.30pm-9.30pm. We welcome all to drop in at any time. As well as tea and coffee we offer a relaxed environment where anyone with AD(H)D can find help, resources, or just a friendly chat. We also welcome anyone with a child or relative who has this condition and wishes to gain a better understanding.
