Event: Euphonix AGM and 3rd birthday party

There will be some singing, some games, some eating and drinking and celebrating 3 years of singing together, +  some essential formal bits. (As a not-for-profit community choir with a constitution and a bank account, the Committee has to report to members once a year, but we will keep this as brief as possible.)

The Working Men's Club will provide an urn for teas and coffees, and the bar will be open for lunchtime drinks. It is E2's turn to provide the food this year - and we have the premises from 9.30am to get things ready for kick-off at 10.00am, lunch at 12.30ish.
