Kings Head Croft

The Kings Head Croft contains the footprint of the old Kings Head public house.  When the Kings Head was finally closed by the Courage Brewery Epworth Parish Council expressed concerns over the loss of the building.  It had been the headquarters for several local organisations.  It was also the reputed 'watering hole' of Samual Wesley who would call there after conducting services at St Andrew's Church.  Pupils fom the nearby church school used the back lawn of the Kings Head to practice country dancing and maypole dancing.

The role of the committee is to inspect and respond to issues that affect its present use as a leisure area.

The committee meets as necessary
