Meetings of the Cemetery Committee are arranged quarterly

 

 

CEMETERY COMMITTEE

AGENDA

 

1.     To record of members present

2.     To receive apologies for absence

3.     To receive declarations of interest

4.     To resolve to inspect and approve the Cemetery record books

5.     Cemetery Tree Works:- To discuss the need for additional tree works in accordance with the permission received from NLC under TPO 1 Epworth

6.     To discuss the timing of a further tree survey (18 month intervals advised)

7.     To discuss the need for a bi-annual Memorial Safety Check

8.     To discuss the future land requirements for the Cemetery

9.     To consider the need to extend the refurbishment programme for the Chapel of Rest and Cemetery Lodge.

10.  To discuss the purchase of a “strimmer” requested by the Caretaker, Mr Fotherby, to replace the stolen small lawnmower.
