City Speak is the only newsletter for businesses in the city centre area. It is mailed to over 340 businesses, 6 times each year.

City Speak is a joint newsletter from the Lichfield Chamber of Trade and the Townsafe Business Partnership which provides a method of communication on issues and events that affect city centre businesses.

The Chamber of Trade & Commerce Business Awards have taken place with businesses receiving votes from city residents and visitors during April and May. Over 1,100 people voted and over 500 businesses received votes. Over 8,000 votes were cast, including nearly 3,000 on the City Speak web site! This was more than double last year’s total.

The prestigious awards were presented by General Sir Mike Jackson (ex military Chief of Staff) at an event at the Lichfield Garrick on the evening of Tuesday 6 July.
