Discounts for Burton upon Stather Parish groups.

A refundable key deposit and servicing fee of £150.00 is payable separately in advance by non-Parish groups/individuals hiring the Hall for a party and the like, particularly if a bar is to be organised. The deposit will be returned after the event and in full provided that the Hall is left as you found it, clean and without damage or disturbance to the local residents.

The new alcohol licensing regulations will require a NON RETURNABLE T.E.N.S LICENCE FEE OF £30.00 in addition to the deposit Payable in advance and giving at least 6 weeks notice. All Subject to availability, terms and conditions

A session is at the Committee's discretion, but is normally Morning, afternoon or evening
