I AM STILL ME - A POEM BY J.P
You cannot see by looking
I am still the same person,
But with HIV
Do Not Judge me or Ignore me
Do not be Afraid of me
You can Touch me and Hug me,
Share a cup with me
I didnt intend to catch this virus,
I didnt think it could happen to me,
I was just unaware of the facts
Dont let it be you........
DONT BE HIV PREJUDICED - by K.G
If you meet someone with HIV
Pleast treat them with respect as they should be,
Dont ignore them or treat them bad,
All it does is makes them sad.
Everyone deserves to be treated the same
Its not a joke, nor even a game
HIV will be around for quite a while
So please dont make it a trendy style
Protect yourself no matter what
Dont take a chance because you forgot
Theres something you should remember about HIV
It can happen to anyone, you or even little old me.
