Body Positive is working with Sigma Research to undertake the annual Vital Statistics 2007 survey as part of the national CHAPS initiative.
Vital Statistics has run every year since 1997 and is the largest single survey of gay and bisexual men in the world. It generates a wealth of information to help HIV health promoters plan their work. As well as regular questions about sexual behaviour and HIV testing new questions this year include; where do you meet NEW male sexual partners, HIV status, condom usage, PEP, drugs and alcohol, Safer sex and safer sex media promotion. The survey is running throughout the summer until 30 August 2007 .
