Ellenroad Steam and Vintage Vehicle RallyEllenroad Steam Museum will be holding a Steam and Vintage vehicle rally on Sunday 6 May and Monday 7 May.
The biggest working steam Mill engine in the world will be in steam as usual and many historic vehicles will be on site. We are expecting at least four steam road vehicles, including two traction engines and a steam wagon as well as a number of Scammel, Foden and Leyland wagons and a London bus.
The little Dragon portable engine will be in steam and there will be two historic fairground stalls. On the Sunday there will be a display of vintage motor bikes and the Whiterose Goldwings motor bike club. It promises to be a great day out for the family.
Event price will be £6 for Adults £5 concessionary and £15 for a family ticket (two adults and two children)

Rochdale’s magnificent Grade 1 listed Town Hall is not only a stunning building, it also has a great story to tell about the growth of Rochdale and its’ place in the world. One of Rochdale’s Blue Badge Guides will tell this story whilst taking you on a tour of one of the finest Victorian Gothic town halls in the country.
Your visit will include the Great Hall, Gothic Revival architecture, the newly restored Minton floor tiles, and some of the best examples of the last 19th century stained glass windows in the UK.
