7:00pm - ice breaking, chit chat and games
7:30pm - Chinese Banquet
8:30pm - more games, followed by raffle and announcement of winners for competitions.

COMPETITIONS

Best dressed lady - as voted by the gents
Most eligible bachelor - as voted by the ladies

Winners get a prize.

SECRET SANTA

Those wishing to take part are asked to bring a gift with minimum purchase requirement of £5.  Hints to what sort of gift to buy will be provided.

ENTRY

£30 per ticket includes a single chance in the raffle.  Further chances can be bought on the night. Chinese Banquet and welcoming drinks are also included.  Any further orders are not included.

Tickets must be bought in advance.  There will not be any sold on the night.

Please remember to bring along your ID, proof of ticket purchase, and secret santa gift (if applicable).

DEADLINE to purchase tickets is 23rd November 2010 to give us enough chance to make all preparations necessary.  It also gives the secret santas a little over a week to get their gift.

REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately we will not be offering any refunds on tickets purchased.  Transfers are only possible if you give notice to us.

The BCN reserve the rights to refuse entry and to change the activities on the evening.
