5.    Flood Matters :
   i)   Community/local emergency plan - update.
 ii)    Silt Trap at the Lagoon - to report any progress made - Cllr R Waltham
iii)   To report on N.L.C.  Flood Forum meeting.

6.     Parish Council Newsletter- to authorise budget for printing and make arrange-
         -ments for distribution.

7.     North Lincolnshire Council matters :
  i)    Crossing at Scotter Road and Parklands - to report if any evidence has been
         collated in order to progress a formal petition.
 ii)    Report from Cllr R Waltham.
 iii)   Any new N.L.C. matters to report

8.       Local or Site matters
  i)      Report on NAT meeting
 ii)      Any new or Local site matters

9.        Planning
           (Opportunity for one person from each side to state within 3 minutes
             objections/support of contested applications.)
