A Financial Health check will involve the Community Accountant and the senior manager of the organisation and /or the treasurer, the appointment will take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours.It is a question and answer session and aims to explore weaknesses in your systems with the outcome being additional support to enable you to strengthen & develop your organisation.
